Google Analytics UA migration to Google Analytics 4

The current version known as Universal Analytics (UA) will remain available until July 1, 2023. After that date, it will be replaced with the new version of Google Analytics, known as GA4.

What is Google Analytics 4?

Google Analytics is a free platform offered by Google that collects and presents detailed data about our website. The data presented concerns visitors and their behavior. The platform is available for desktop and mobile and is an essential tool for marketing professionals and all entrepreneurs.

Where is Google Analytics 4 needed?

It is necessary to quickly switch from Google Analytics to the new version of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). According to Google's official announcement, starting July 1, 2023, Universal Analytics will no longer process data, but reports will be accessible for a short period of time. The transition to GA4 is imperative for the following reasons:

  • It is not possible to transfer data from Universal Analytics to GA4 and we will have limited access to old data.
  • GA4s offer additional features, appearance and automations, making the transition even more attractive

If we have access to Google Analytics Universal, we will create Google Analytics 4 & install it on your website/ecommerce. If you do not have one, we will create a new account and the installation will follow.

If you have a reporting platform, we will connect Google Analytics 4 so you can have personalized reporting.

Creating audiences in line with the business's goals for effective retargeting advertising and monitoring their behavior on the site.

Tracking Mechanisms
